Class Overview
This 8 week intensive program is carefully planned to give to young students the confidence using a sewing machine and encourage them to use creativity by expressing it in different pieces of their work. We will work on numerous projects such as up-cycled denim back pucks, denim aprons, repurposing old sweaters to slippers and mittens, denim art and jewellery, and mush more. The students will learn all the essential skills needed to make all of the mentioned projects.
Our project based curriculum will not only teach your child to sew or knit, but to provide role models for your children as they learn about patience, achievement and problem solving.
