    Class Overview

Hello readers! My name is Samuel - I'm an experienced tutor and high-achiever in school, currently looking for new students! My passion, as a teacher, is not only to teach students facts, but to give students a passion for learning. My belief is that knowledge, and learning in general, SHOULD be interesting, but we place such a focus on busy-work that it's hard to be passionate about schoolwork. This is why I aim to help students find interest in their schoolwork, as well as complete their assignments - It's hard to find motivation to do something if you don't enjoy it!

As of September third, I will be tutoring at the City of Langley Library. Here are the days & times I'll be working:

    Mondays 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
    Wednesdays 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
    Thursdays 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
    Saturdays 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    Sundays 11:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Weekdays, I'll be there from five to seven. On weekends, I'll be there from eleven to three (Why the weird hours? Simply because those are the days I'm available, as I attend post-secondary education!). If you'd like to book a time, you can send an email to [email protected], or a text to my number, which I'll include at the bottom of this advert - Unfortunately, I won't be taking more than four students at a time, as past that point, students may begin to feel neglected. Make sure to send an email ahead of time to check what times are open!

I charge 20 dollars an hour for one student, but if you sign more students up, you pay five dollars less for each student you sign up (after paying for an addition student, that is), so if you've got some friends, be sure to bring them along! In addition, some students prefer to learn with a community around them - Simply having the chance to communicate with peers can be helpful to learning, given that they manage their time well... Which is one of the reasons I'm here! (I also offer a free trial - So your first class is entirely free! Just contact me using any of the contact information down below for your free trial.)

Additionally, if your student needs help with History or Biology up to grade twelve, I have one other tutor under me that can help out (Her name is Christina!), though you'll have to contact me directly about getting hold of her. The prices are the same, although the availability hours may be a little different.

Hope to hear from you soon,
    -Samuel
