Hello! I’m hannes

Hannes Bend has been guiding mindfulness practices, yoga, and the Wim Hof Method internationally at summer camps, schools, museums (such as the Rubin and Frost Science Museum), universities, and yoga studios, since 2014. Hannes loves teaching children and adults of all ages from preschool to seniors because he believes in the power of connection to our breath. As a globally active artist, Hannes’ philosophy is that the power of breathing is accessible to everyone and by combining creativity and contemplation, we are able to cultivate both calmness and kindness. Hannes is an exceptional guide to the art of breathing an mindfulness, and his classes are enlightening for any breather at any age.
