He has provided technical direction to countless startups and managed teams of over 20 people.
Currently, he helps other software engineers improve their work output capacity and quality through online training, which has been featured by Microsoft.

Teaching has always been one of his passions and that is why throughout his career he has tutored 380+ college students on computer science, from which more than 80% smashed their grades while the remaining, even though didn’t have higher than average grades, report not having passed the exams without André’s help. Some students only come to André for a few weeks before the exams, while others stay for more than 3 years (Master Degrees), but on average, students stay with André for 1 year.
