If you need to cancel a class that is currently in progress, go to your class progress page and select “Cancel or Pause.” You can pause a class if you would like to continue the lesson in the future. Your progress will be saved until you are ready to return. If you choose to cancel instead, your progress can be archived or deleted. Please refer to our refund policy if you want to cancel a class for which you purchased a package.
