If you need to cancel a class that is currently in progress, please notify your student as soon as possible. You can find the “Cancel this class” option under the Progress tab on the “Class Progress” page. When you cancel a class, the progress can be archived or deleted. Please refer to our refund policy for details about canceling classes when a student has purchased a package.
