    At the end of the lesson you will be able to: 1. Explain the meaning of a programming paradigm. 2. Describe at least one programming paradigm used in industry for developing software. 3. Explain the benefits of Integrated Development Environments (IDE) when programming. 4. Describe how to use the various tools available in an IDE to develop error-free programs.

    Recognise the need to apply programming paradigms when developing enterprise applications.

    Develop knowledge of the software development tools used in industry for delivering enterprise applications.

    Recognise the need to use development tools to program applications to meet tight deadlines.

Describe at least 2 visual programming languages and 2 mark-up languages. 3. Explain the reasons why we chose a programming language. 4.
