Class Overview
This Level 1 course explains the essentials of organizing a project in terms of “Time Management” using Microsoft Project. With hands-on training, the student will be introduced to the concepts of creating a task list, entering summary information, outlining a project, assigning task relationships, Lag/Lead times, filtering task information and creating calendars. We will also discuss the Gantt Chart Wizard and the Organizer.
