Class Overview

Hi, it's great to meet you! My name is Ben, and I just finished up my time at Harvard College, where I graduated with honors in Computer Science. I'm taking a gap year before starting full-time work — right now, I want to focus on teaching and understanding how people learn!
I'm an award-winning teacher, with experience from instructing classes of 10-14 year olds in Java and Javascript programming, to tutoring 13-18 year-olds in math and physics, to assisting undergraduate courses in programming (abstraction and design) and theory (data structures, algorithms, proof-writing). I'm equipped to tutor most any math, physics, or computer science class at the high school level or below, and feel free to reach out with your college courses courses too, I'll see if I'm a good fit!

Outside of the classroom, I'm an avid musician (I play bass guitar, guitar, piano, and I sing) and I'm a trained peer counselor and pre-orientation leader.
