Class Overview

In this class, you will learn four basic skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing) in the context of the main themes of Italian culture. At the end of the course, you will be able to identify people, events and attitudes with the present and the past, and you will receive the words needed to communicate about everyday situations.


You will:
Learn to communicate in different social situations. Introduces yourself, talks about daily activities, explains what you're doing for work, e-mail, give and receive directions, ask about the weather and give time to write and read simple texts.
Basic grammatical structures such as articles and names, adjectives, present and past of regular and irregular verbs.
Italian culture including daily life, movies, kitchens, universities and holidays.
