Hi, I’m Usman, a Soft Skills & Communication Specialist with over 7 years of stage experience and a passion for helping people unlock their confidence. My journey started when I picked up a microphone for the first time in 5th grade—nervous, unsure, but eager to express myself. Fast forward to today, I’ve hosted over 50 events, represented Pakistan at Harvard MUN, and coached countless individuals on public speaking, interview success, and overcoming stage fright.

I’ve worked with top institutions like the U.S. Consulate General Karachi, IBA, and UNDP Pakistan, training professionals, students, and aspiring speakers. I firmly believe that communication is not just about speaking—it’s about connecting, influencing, and making an impact.
