I'm a Yale MBA ('92) and Wall Street trader/portfolio manager. At Yale, I was a teaching assistant for Corporate Finance and Statistics for a world famous Finance professor. I now work in Finance again, after 9 years of running a small business.
Throughout my career, I've prepared for and passed the following exams - Finra Series 3, 7, 24, 55, 65 & 63. Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and Chartered Financial Analyst Level I (CFA). I've worked in data and systems intensive environments on Wall Street and as a small business owner.
I love teaching - so much so that I teach skiing on weekends and currently hold my Professional Ski Instructors of America Alpine Ski Instructor Level I certification and the PSIA Level I Alpine Children's Specialist certification.
Let me work with you on whatever subjects you like!
I've worked with Excel since 1992 and some of the equity trading applications we built in Excel pushed the limits of the software capabilities! I've used Excel to automate processes, trade stocks, analyze data and build data input templates.
I completed a Bachelor's in Finance from the University of Montana with Highest Honors, and an MBA from Yale University with Distinction being selected for Teaching Assistant in the MBA program for both Corporate Finance and Statistics.
I can also work with you on your Series 65 (Investment Advisor Rep) exam and also Series 7.
