If your instructor doesn't show up for a class without letting you know, you can request a refund. Just keep in mind that you'll need to make the request within 7 days of making the payment. Once your refund is issued, it will take 7 to 10 business days for it to appear on your statement. If you haven't received your refund after that time, check with your financial institution.
Note: If there's a disagreement between you and the instructor, Clascity may need to step in and make a decision about whether a refund is necessary.
