If your instructor does not show up for a class without letting you know, you can request a refund. Please note that the request must be made within 4 days of the payment date. Once a refund is issued, it may take 7 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. If you still have not received it after that time, please check with your financial institution.

Note: If there is a disagreement between you and the instructor, Clascity may need to review the situation and decide whether a refund is appropriate.
