On Clascity, you can issue a refund to a student if necessary. However, it's important to note that refunds can only be made within 7 days of when the payment appears in your transaction page. To issue a refund, you'll need to click the refund button and select either a custom amount or a percentage of the total cost you'd like to refund. This will initiate the refund process, and the funds will be returned to the student's account.
