Once you have a confirmed booking, the payment for that class will appear as pending on your transaction history page 24 hours before the lesson is scheduled. We allow 2 days after the lesson for any potential disputes. Stripe will then begin processing your funds and usually settles them within 2 to 7 business days. Once settled, the funds will appear on your account balance pageand will be available for withdrawal to your connected Stripe account.
Teachers are paid only for completed lessons, even when a student purchases a package. This helps protect students while ensuring teachers are paid fairly for their time and expertise. If you have any questions about payment status or withdrawals, please contact us or your financial institution.
