Students can file a dispute for a booked class on the transaction page, within 7 days after a payment is sent. However, we highly recommend that effort should be made towards resolving all disputes with the teacher before filing a dispute.
Once a dispute is made, Clascity will hold payments for 7 days. The teacher will be required to respond, resolve, or issue a refund. A refund will be issued to the student if the teacher fails to respond. Students may contact Clascity if a resolution hasn’t been made. Clascity will review the dispute and decide whether a refund is required.
Student can file a dispute when:
- Teacher fails to show up to a class without prior notice.
- Student is absent from class but has a valid reason.
- Student is not satisfied with the class.
Failure to comply may result in account termination.
