If you have a dispute about a booked class, you can file it on the transaction page within 7 days of making the payment. However, we recommend resolving any disputes directly with the teacher first.
Once a dispute is filed, Clascity will hold the payment for 7 days while the teacher responds, resolves the issue, or issues a refund. If the teacher fails to respond, a refund will be issued to the student. If you haven't received a resolution after 7 days, you can contact Clascity and we'll review the dispute to determine if a refund is necessary.
Please note that failure to follow these guidelines may result in account termination.
