If you have a dispute about a booked class, you can file it on the transactions page within 4 days of the payment date. However, we recommend trying to resolve the issue directly with the teacher first.
Once a dispute is filed, Clascity will hold the payment for 4 days while the teacher responds, resolves the issue, or issues a refund. If the teacher does not respond, the student will receive a refund. If the issue is still unresolved after 4 days, you can contact Clascity and we will review the dispute to determine whether a refund is appropriate.
Please note that failure to follow these guidelines may result in account termination.
