Using the transaction page, students can file a dispute for a booked class, within 7 days after a payment is sent. However, we highly recommend that effort should be made towards resolving all disputes with the teacher before filing a dispute.
Once a dispute is open, Clascity will hold the payment for 7 days. The teacher will be required to respond, resolve dispute, or issue a refund. A refund will be issued to the student if the teacher fails to respond beyond this period. Upon failure to reach a common ground, student may contact Clascity and we will make necessary decisions based on your previous conversations with the teacher. Clascity has the final say on whether or not a refund should be issued.
Student can file a dispute when:
- Teacher fails to show up to a class without prior notice.
- Student is absent from class but has a valid reason.
- Student is not satisfied with the class.
