This 30-minute session helps teens and young adults develop one of the most valuable life skills: emotional intelligence (EQ). Students will learn how to better understand their emotions, manage stress, and respond thoughtfully in social and academic situations.
Through interactive tutoring, we’ll explore practical tools for self-awareness, empathy, and emotional regulation; skills that boost confidence, improve relationships, and prepare students for future leadership roles.
This lesson is supportive and beginner-friendly for those who want to strengthen the skills that matter most in life and beyond the classroom.

Yes! Students typically leave with at least one new technique they can apply immediately, like calming strategies or improved self-awareness. Continued sessions help reinforce and deepen these skills.
This is coaching, not therapy. The focus is on building practical life skills and strategies in a supportive, positive environment. It complements, but does not replace, mental health counseling.
