Class Overview

This class aims to teach you how to manage your project effectively. A project is a planned endeavor usually with specific goal done in a series of steps to achieve the sole purpose.

I will teach you how to handle and control your projects through the knowledge of time management, budget planning, selection of workforce and procurement of what may be needed.
You will also learn how to tackle problems that will arise during the course of the project, the process of the project planning, the implementation of the project plan, the role of the project manager, and how to manage the risk that comes with the project.

I am ready to introduce you to the stages of project management, the principles of project management, how to be a project manager.
