Swimming lessons fit to your abilities and goals. Each class is designed to help you improve your swimming abilities in the water. 1 on 1 classes allow me to create a lesson unique to your level.
Front swim: floats, glides, kicking, breathing, arm movement timing
Back swim: float, glides, body movement, kicking, arms
safety: entries/exits, deep water, self save
This lesson will be an overview of all the swimming strokes and skills so I can see where you are at with your swimming abilities. We will work from the first progression, and go from there. If you are a beginner, who has never swam before, we will start at the beginning, comfort and movement in the water.
