Class Overview

Communication is key to the growth of a business, improvement of one's relationship and development of a better society. Many people lack the necessary communication skills, and this has led to the breakdown of a relationship.
My name is Alfie Miller, but my students call me Alfie, I have created a class that will help me to show people tricks and tips that will lead to the improvement of their relationship.
After the completion of this class, you will :
Be able to communicate effectively at the workplace, community or society as a whole at any given time.
Know the various types of communication skills, the forms of communication and how best to be able to communicate effectively.
Understand both verbal and non-verbal forms of communication.
Learn how to adapt your communication style to your audience.
